Rotary Cutting Modules
Designed for easy installation and operation, rotary cutting modules are self-contained, inline or standalone rotary converting machines containing components such as rotary cutting dies, anvil cylinders, bonding cylinders, air and/or vacuum for material handling and scrap removal, electrical controls and systems, and instrumentation.
Our custom die cutting equipment is high speed, high volume, highly precise, and engineered to meet your exacting requirements. We design rotary cutting modules in a wide variety of sizes and speeds to fit seamlessly into existing converting systems — even those designed by other manufacturers.
What Can Rotary Cutting Modules Do?
Rotary cutting modules allow converters to rapidly and accurately shape, kiss cut, crush cut, shear cut, blank, through cut, slit, crease, score, perforate, crimp, emboss, pressure seal, heat seal, or ultrasonic seal high volumes of plastic, paper, foam, fabric, film, foil, packaging, nonwovens, and other soft materials. Rotary cutting die modules work with a variety of materials including thick or abrasive materials.
